Real solutions ...

For us, the restrictions and actions offered by the governments of different countries are not the main solution to the problem of global warming. I will try to use the following example to explain what the world's rulers offer us, and at the same time it would cost much more than the most rational decision we can make.
If we gather 4-5 smokers in one room and smoke while playing Blackjack or just having an interesting conversation or other fun, after 2-3 hours it will probably become quite smoky in this room. We have 2 main opportunities to continue our fun:
   1. To reduce by smoking cigarettes, so that the concentration of smoke will decrease, although it is already quite smoky.
   2. To open the window to let in fresh air to dilute the smoke and purify the air in the room.
Now let's imagine that this room is our planet and the window is our nature, flora and atmosphere. Our governments offer us opportunity 1. We offer opportunity 2.
In the plant world, as we know, the main colour is green, and the green colour is mainly due to the substance Chlorophyll, which is the only thing in the world on a huge scale of our planet that needs carbon dioxide (CO2). This is our only filter for purifying the atmosphere, our only "technology", so it makes sense that our solution is to plant trees and build forests.

Planting trees, restoring seagrasses, and boosting the use of agricultural cover crops could help clean up significant amounts of carbon dioxide. Restoring forests already chopped down in Brazil, for example, could draw about 1.5 billion metric tons of CO2 out of the air, and a recent study published by the National Academies of Science estimates the world’s forests and farms could store 2.5 gigatons. Those are relatively modest numbers given historical carbon emissions of 2.2 trillion metric tons, but every contribution is needed to curtail the world’s current trajectory.
